Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scrum Master based in Australia. The Senior Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, oversee sprint planning and retrospectives, manage user story creation and prioritization, and ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role involves coordinating with software development teams to remove roadblocks, enhance team performance, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The individual will serve as a mentor for Agile principles and practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Sprint Planning and managing Agile processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus among diverse teams
- Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and managing User Stories
- Understanding of Software Development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management
- Proven ability to work in high-paced, dynamic on-site team environments
