Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Scrum Master role based in Australia. The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing Agile processes, facilitating sprint planning, guiding teams on user story developments, and ensuring team collaboration. The role requires close coordination with software development teams, fostering communication between stakeholders, and maintaining a focus on achieving project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sprint Planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Excellent Analytical Skills to solve complex problems and improve team processes
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of User Stories and backlog management
- Experience or knowledge in Software Development practices and methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
- Proven experience in leading Agile teams with a focus on delivering results
- Ability to mentor teams and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
