Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Scrum Master Engineer located in Canada. The role involves planning and facilitating sprint retrospectives, guiding agile teams in delivering high-quality software, and ensuring that user stories and tasks align with project goals. The Senior Scrum Master Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide effective communication, and ensure alignment with product and business objectives. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and backlog management
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex problems

- Background in Software Development and familiarity with development cycles and methodologies
- Leadership qualities to mentor team members and foster collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
