Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Scrum Master Engineer based in Canada. The role involves leading sprint planning sessions, working with stakeholders to define and refine user stories, collaborating with software development teams, and ensuring effective communication among team members. The Senior Scrum Master Engineer will also support teams in continuously improving processes and driving project delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and overseeing Agile practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and improve processes
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and align project goals
- Experience in working with User Stories and translating requirements into actionable tasks
