Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Senior Scrum Master Engineer located in Abroad. The role involves facilitating agile/scrum practices, planning sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of software projects. The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, define user stories, manage development workflows, and provide support for troubleshooting technical challenges. The responsibilities also include mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and defining User Stories
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify improvements
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Experience in Software Development and ability to guide technical teams
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of team guidance and stakeholder communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in a Scrum Master or similar role is preferred
