Role Description
This is a full-time position located in Abroad for a Senior Scrum Master Engineer. In this role, you will oversee sprint planning activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, refine user stories, and collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless delivery of projects. You will be responsible for driving agile methodologies, facilitating communication, and removing any roadblocks that hinder progress. Your role will also involve improving team efficiency through analytical assessments and enhancing project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and facilitating agile methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate within and across teams
- Experience in writing and managing User Stories to define clear project requirements
- Solid understanding of Software Development processes and workflows
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams in an Agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
