Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Scrum Master Engineer located in Abroad. The Senior Scrum Master Engineer will oversee and facilitate agile processes, organize and participate in sprint planning sessions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role will involve guiding development teams, creating clear user stories, collaborating with stakeholders, and fostering strong cross-functional communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and managing Agile project workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Excellent Communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in crafting and managing User Stories to assist in defining requirements and goals.
- Solid understanding and experience in Software Development.
- Ability to promote team collaboration while working proactively to address challenges.
- Proficiency in relevant Agile tools and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a Scrum Master role, particularly in software-centric environments, is highly desirable.
