Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Scrum Master Engineer, located in Abroad. The role involves leading Agile teams through sprint planning, facilitating the development of user stories, and ensuring the successful execution of the software development lifecycle. The individual will facilitate communication between team members, monitor progress, remove obstacles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires fostering collaboration to maximize team performance and meet project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and facilitating Agile methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills to solve complex problems and optimize team performance
- Excellent Communication skills to interact across multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Experience in creating and managing User Stories to translate customer needs into actionable requirements
- Solid technical knowledge in Software Development processes
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or a similar leadership role
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
