Urgent hiring: Senior Scrum Master | Kharadi, Pune | 5 days WFO | 8+ years | ₹30–32 LPA
Our client, an IT services company, is hiring for a stable, long-term project with a European client. We're looking for a hands-on agile coach who can join quickly.
What you'll do
• Coach teams that are new to agile and help them build real working habits
• Run Scrum and Kanban for full-stack, infrastructure, network and integration teams
• Work within a SAFe setup: PI Planning, cross-team dependencies, working with the RTE
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters
• Adapt or drop practices that aren't working, rather than follow the book blindly
What we're looking for
• 8+ years as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 in a senior role
• SAFe certification (SSM, SASM or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in a SAFe Agile Release Train
• Experience coaching infra, DevOps or network teams, where unplanned work is normal
• Strong Jira skills, including dashboards and metrics
Good to have
• Experience working with European clients or stakeholders
• Background in logistics, warehouse automation or manufacturing IT
