Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scrub Nurse located in Hyderabad. As a Senior Scrub Nurse, you will assist the surgical team by preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a sterile environment. You will collaborate closely with surgeons during procedures, manage surgical instruments, and oversee adherence to safe practice standards. Additionally, you will provide support and mentorship to junior nurses and other healthcare team members, contributing to quality patient care and operational excellence.
✅ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Proven experience as a Scrub Nurse in hospital OT
✔️ Strong exposure to General Surgeries
✔️ Hands-on experience in Laparoscopic equipment handling
✔️ Experience in assisting surgeons during procedures
✔️ Good understanding of sterilization & OT protocols
🧠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare Operation Theatre (OT) for surgeries
* Ensure availability of instruments & sterile equipment
* Assist surgeons during procedures
* Handle laparoscopic instruments & setups
* Maintain strict sterility and infection control
* Coordinate with OT team for smooth surgical flow
