Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scientist I based in the Pune District. The Senior Scientist I will lead research and development efforts, design experiments, analyze data, and develop innovative adhesive formulations tailored to industrial applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires a strong focus on product performance, process optimization, and meeting client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in formulation design, chemical analysis, and innovative problem-solving
- Excellent research and development skills, including data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with project management, team collaboration, and delivering tailor-made solutions
- Knowledge of industrial adhesive applications and familiarity with relevant industry standards
- Proficiency in laboratory practices and compliance with safety regulations
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in the adhesives or related industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and an ability to lead cross-departmental projects
