Senior Scientist, Bioprocess Development

We turn industrial CO2 into biochemicals using microalgae and yeast. Built in Jharkhand, supplied to pharma, nutraceutical, cosmetics, and specialty chemical markets.
We’re a deep tech team building at the edge of carbon science and industrial biology. The kind of place where your extraction protocol becomes a filed patent and your pilot run feeds a real commercial order.
What you’ll do:
- Extract and purify our product portfolio from algal and yeast biomass.
- Build the downstream process from lab to pilot scale.
- Work hands-on with our collaborators at CSIR, ICGEB, and partner institutions, not just over email but in the lab.
What we need:
- 5-7 years in downstream processing, extraction, or purification of natural products or fermentation-derived biochemicals.
- Comfortable running a Soxhlet as much as writing an SOP.
- Builder mindset, not a box-ticker.
