Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior School Mathematics Facilitator, specializing in IGCSE and A Levels. The position is based in Noida. The facilitator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality mathematics instruction in line with IGCSE and A-Level curricula. Duties include developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing personalized guidance, maintaining classroom discipline, and contributing to the broader academic goals. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, engaging in continuous professional development, and fostering a positive learning environment for students to excel in mathematics.
Qualifications
- Minimum IB/Cambridge experience: 5 years
- IB/Cambridge training preferred
- Teaching experience in senior school level mathematics, with the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in planning lesson content, developing assessments, and analyzing student performance
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic potential
- Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications; a degree in Mathematics or a related field is preferred
- Experience with international curricula and collaborative teaching practices is an advantage
