Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with proven functional and implementation expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and post-go-live support, partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure HR solutions. Key modules include Employee Central (mandatory), Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession.

What You'll Do
- Design & implement: Lead configuration, deployment and best-practice design of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Drive projects: Manage full-cycle implementations, rollouts and support engagements.
- Integrate systems: Configure and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC and third-party tools.
- Migrate & validate data: Plan and execute data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
- Test & support: Own unit testing, UAT, defect resolution and post-go-live support.
- Enable users: Prepare documentation, deliver training and ensure smooth handovers.
- Partner with stakeholders: Elicit requirements, translate HR processes into system solutions and ensure compliance and data security.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Strong functional expertise in Employee Central (required); experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning and Succession preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and third-party integrations (S/4HANA, ECC, middleware).
- Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, testing and validation.
- Solid understanding of HCM processes, HR data models and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable / Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central or other modules.
- Prior consulting and client-facing delivery experience.
