About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-looking Senior SAP Solution Architect to join
our Enterprise Applications practice. This role is responsible for driving solution
architecture, pre-sales consulting, enterprise transformation initiatives, and
implementation governance across SAP programs.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across core SAP ERP domains and have a
strong understanding of SAP’s evolving technology landscape, including SAP S/4HANA,
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Analytics Cloud,
and SAP’s cloud-first strategy.
This role requires a combination of business process expertise, enterprise architecture
capabilities, customer-facing consulting skills, and hands-on solution leadership. The
successful candidate will engage with customers, sales teams, delivery organizations, and
executive stakeholders to design and deliver transformational SAP-led business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
• Partner with sales and business teams to identify customer opportunities and
define SAP-led transformation strategies.
• Conduct business and solution discovery workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer business
objectives.
• Participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
• Create solution proposals, effort estimations, implementation roadmaps, and
business cases.
• Present architecture recommendations and transformation strategies to business
and technology stakeholders.
• Support customer discussions around ERP modernization, SAP migration, digital
transformation, and AI adoption.
Enterprise Solution Architecture
• Design enterprise-wide SAP solution architectures spanning business processes,
applications, integration, data, analytics, and AI.
• Define target-state architectures for SAP transformation initiatives.
• Lead solution design across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and implementation
best practices.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture, and
technology strategy.
SAP Transformation Leadership
• Drive SAP modernization initiatives including:
o ECC to S/4HANA migrations
o Greenfield implementations
o Brownfield conversions
o Selective data transitions
o SAP cloud adoption programs
• Define transformation roadmaps covering business processes, applications, data,
integration, security, and change management.
• Guide customers through SAP’s cloud transformation journey.
Delivery Governance & Technical Leadership
• Provide architectural leadership throughout project execution.
• Review solution designs, functional specifications, integration approaches, and
technical architecture decisions.
• Ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions aligned with architecture
principles.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, integration specialists,
and business stakeholders.
• Mentor SAP consultants and solution leads.
• Participate in critical design reviews and complex problem resolution.
Innovation & AI Adoption
• Drive adoption of SAP’s AI-enabled offerings and intelligent business processes.
• Evaluate opportunities for:
o SAP Business AI
o SAP Joule
o Intelligent process automation
o Predictive analytics
o Generative AI use cases
o AI-driven business insights
• Help customers define AI transformation roadmaps within SAP ecosystems.
• Stay current with SAP’s innovation roadmap and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer
Science, Business Systems, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, architecture, or enterprise applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across multiple industries.

The candidate must possess strong exposure across core SAP ERP business domains and
understand end-to-end enterprise business processes.
