Job Title: SAP SD Consultant (OTC)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD modules, ensuring seamless business operations and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management.
- Configure and support SAP SD modules, including pricing (Condition Technique), output determination, and billing processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Handle issue resolution, enhancements, and system support activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as MM and FI for seamless integration.
- Perform system testing, documentation, and end-user training.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with project timelines.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong knowledge of OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management.
- Expertise in SAP SD configuration, including Pricing and Condition Technique.
- At least one end-to-end implementation experience in SAP SD.
- Experience in both implementation and support projects.
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and FI modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Exposure to global or US clients (preferred due to shift timing).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and align with the US shift.
- Experience in Agile or ASAP methodologies is an added advantage.
