We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution processes and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, client interaction skills, and hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD.
Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Condition Technique
- Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Credit Management
- Returns Process
- Output Determination
- Partner Determination
- Availability Check (ATP)
- Work on end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and integration with SAP MM, FICO, PP, and WM modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEF objects such as reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for developments and customizations.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and client discussions.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Create user manuals, test scripts, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementation/support projects.
- Expertise in OTC business processes.
- Strong configuration knowledge in pricing, billing, shipping, and sales processes.
- Experience in integration with MM, FICO, PP, and WM modules.
- Knowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, and EDI concepts.
- Good understanding of SAP best practices and business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP SD Certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience in Agile methodology is preferred.
