About This Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SAC Planning professional to lead enterprise-wide planning solutions within Corporate Data and Analytics at VOIS. This role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and governing SAP SAC Planning models, particularly across HR, finance, and workforce planning, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a high-visibility environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead solution architecture and design for SAP SAC Planning, including P&L, workforce, and expense planning modelsDesign and manage data models, dimensions, hierarchies, and versioning strategiesFacilitate requirement-gathering workshops with HR stakeholders to define KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting processesDrive project delivery, including capacity planning, timelines, UAT, and go-live readinessMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across planning and reporting solutionsImplement predictive planning scenarios and machine learning capabilities to enhance forecast accuracyEstablish governance standards covering data security, performance optimisation, and post–go-live hyper-care supportApply strong functional knowledge of SAP HR data to enable effective workforce planning and analytics
Who You Are
You bring 10–15 years of experience across SAP BPC, SAP SAC Planning, and SAC DashboardsYou have hands-on expertise in SAP SAC Planning implementations, including scriptingYou demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL Script and JavaScript for planning and reporting use casesYou have delivered HR-focused reporting and planning solutions with solid functional understanding of HR dataYou are comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in complex, ambiguous environmentsYou show strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilitiesYou communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across varying seniority and technical backgroundsYou have experience working within large, global organisations, ideally in the telecom domain
