Must-Have

1. Must have 5 years of IT experience

2. Strong Requirement Elicitation & Analysis skills

3. Should have strong hands-on experience on Data Modelling, Data Provisioning and Data Analysis

4. Experience in working Native Hana

5. Data modelling and architecture experience in high volume high velocity landscapes (this one will be the aspect on which we would do a screening)

6. Strong SQL writing experience

7. Extensive knowledge on performance/query optimization

Good-to-Have

1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills

2. Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix

4. Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status
