Toyota Kirloskar Motor โ TKM is establishing Plant 4 โ P4, which will be the companyโs largest manufacturing facility.
We are seeking an experienced ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐ฃ ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐น๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ to gain a deep understanding of the current SAP Finance landscape, business processes, and operational challenges across existing plants, and translate these insights into recommendations for SAP solution design for Plant 4.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams โ FI, MM, and SD to assess the current state, identify improvement opportunities, and help define a future-ready SAP template for the new plant.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of TKMโs Finance business processes and existing SAP FI solution landscape
โ
Study historical P1 / P2 incidents, map them to business processes, identify root causes, and assess business impact
โ
Understand business operations across existing plants and manufacturing environments
โ
Evaluate end-to-end SAP FI processes and their integration with SAP MM and SAP SD
โ
Understand TKMโs organisational structure, plant landscape, and operating model
โ
Apply design-thinking principles to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation
โ
Recommend process, control, and system improvements for the SAP template for Plant 4
โ
Identify opportunities to improve user experience, strengthen financial controls, and eliminate recurring operational issues
โ
Prepare and present actionable recommendations to business and project stakeholders
โ
Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and implementation teams during assessment and design phases

โ๏ธ 8 โ 12+ years of SAP FI consulting experience
โ๏ธ Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation project experience
โ๏ธ Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting โ FI
โ๏ธ Hands-on knowledge in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Closing, etc.
โ๏ธ Good understanding of integration between SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP SD
โ๏ธ Strong experience in business process assessment and fit-gap analysis
โ๏ธ Experience in SAP solution design and process improvement
โ๏ธ Experience in production support, incident analysis, and root cause analysis
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
โ๏ธ Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
โ๏ธ Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

โ๏ธ Ability to identify automation, standardisation, and process simplification opportunities
