Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) Developer with strong
hands-on experience in WCMS, SOLR, and B2B Commerce. The ideal candidate should have deep
technical expertise in Hybris architecture, customization, and integrations, along with the ability to
work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud solutions
• Customize Hybris extensions, modules, and workflows based on business requirements
• Implement and manage WCMS components, templates, and content management features
• Configure and optimize SOLR search, indexing, and performance tuning
• Develop and enhance B2B Commerce functionalities (organizations, units, approvals, pricing, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, QA, and Business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design
Mandatory Skills (Strong Fit Requirements)
• Solid experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
• Strong expertise in WCMS (Web Content Management System)
• Strong expertise in SOLR (Search & Indexing Configuration)
• Strong expertise in B2B Commerce Module
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hybris Architecture
• Experience with Hybris extensions, facades, services, and interceptors
• Strong understanding of Hybris Backoffice & Administration Console
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of Impex, CronJobs, and Hybris Data Modeling
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2)
• Frontend knowledge (Accelerator / Spartacus)
• Experience with payment, ERP, or third-party integrations
• Performance optimization & caching strategies
• Cloud & DevOps exposure
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication & stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Agile / Scrum experience preferred
