Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with strong experience in managing and optimizing SAP systems running on Oracle and HANA databases. The role involves administration, configuration, performance tuning, and system architecture in both on-premise and Azure cloud environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems: ECC, BW on HANA, Fiori, BTP, CPI, Solution Manager, etc.
- Administer Oracle & HANA databases, including backups and recovery.
- Manage SAP on Azure Cloud infrastructure.
- Perform SAP performance tuning and resolve bottlenecks.
- Plan & execute SAP patches, upgrades, and migrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to support business processes.
- Ensure SAP security and compliance practices.
- Provide expert-level support for production and project environments.
🧠Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in SAP BASIS administration
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, PO, CRM, BOBJ, BW on HANA, and HANA DB
- Oracle database administration in SAP environments
- Experience managing SAP on Azure Cloud
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, HANA Studio, and SAP BW tools
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
📜 Preferred Certifications:
- SAP BASIS or SAP HANA Administration Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (preferred)
