Job Function: Ariba Procure to Pay/Catalog/Contract Compliance
- Successfully completed one or more full life cycle eProcurement implementations.
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology implementations with at a minimum “3” years' experience working in the Ariba application.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Ariba infrastructure and integration points (e.g. P2P data exchange from Ariba to ERP applications).
- Ability to translate business requirements into Ariba workflow.
- Hands on experience in configuring Ariba procure- to-pay application (i.e. Workflow configuration, vendor punch out and cataloging, workflow approvals, and e-invoicing).
- Demonstrated competency in defining business requirements with the ability to design and configure "streamlined” procure-to-pay processes.
- Should have good knowledge of contract workspace and contract compliance.
- Must have knowledge of contract discounting and tiered pricing.
- Should possess knowledge of end to end contract lifecycle knowledge.
- Thorough "hands-on” and working knowledge of Ariba P2P module, supplier and catalog enablement process.
- Extensive working knowledge and background working in procurement and knowledge of the P2P operational process (i.e. from purchase requisition to payment to external vendors) for service organizations.
- Possess practical business experience with P2P processes prior to becoming a consultant.
- Ability to lead functional design activities (requirements gathering, process mapping, and detailed design and configuration).
- Knowledge of catalog type and formats used.
- End to end process of catalog upload, validation and approval.
- Should be familiar with CIF catalogs and punch out.
- Experience in development of test cases and report defects.
- Experience with various business process and system modeling tools such as: Data flow diagrams, process models, and use case scenarios.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify, develop, and implement technology solutions to create more efficient processes and resolve complex P2P solutions.
