About the Role
We are hiring a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong SAP CRM experience to support enterprise-scale CRM implementations and service contract processes. This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep ABAP development expertise within on-premise SAP CRM landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on SAP ABAP development (OOPs, custom objects, enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces) within SAP CRM
- Daily involvement in coding, technical design, and stakeholder discussions
- Work closely with business teams to understand CRM and service contract processes
- Develop and support SAP CRM Web UI components
- Implement and enhance BRF+ rules
- Manage integration scenarios (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs) between SAP and external systems
- Support Service Contracts processes and Field Service integrations
- Work on on-premise SAP CRM (not cloud versions)
- Exposure to Oracle Field Services integration is highly preferred
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–20 years overall SAP experience
- 8–10 years of strong hands-on ABAP development experience
- Extensive experience in SAP CRM (on-premise)
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM Web UI
- Strong understanding of Service Contracts process (mandatory)
- Experience with BRF+
- Integration expertise (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs)
- Experience in Field Service support scenarios preferred
