Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Sampling Embroidery Merchandiser. The role involves managing sampling workflows, coordinating with designers, clients, and artisans to bring creative concepts to life. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, maintaining efficient communication across all stakeholders, monitoring material usage, and driving creative innovations while meeting the needs of luxury clientele. The position requires collaboration with sales and production teams to ensure client expectations are met seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Retail to understand client expectations and market trends.
- Marketing expertise to present concepts and ideas in a compelling manner.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Experience in the textiles or fashion industry, specifically in embroidery, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
