Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sampling Embroidery Merchandiser based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing the development of high-quality embroidery samples, coordinating closely with clients to understand their design requirements, and liaising with the artisan team to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards. The role also involves overseeing timelines, maintaining quality control, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• Understanding of Retail and fashion industry trends and requirements
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in embroidery, textiles, or a related field preferred
