We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Developer with 5–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high‑performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and the Salesforce platform, along with the ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and partner closely with architects and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Solution Design & Development
- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Architect and optimize business logic using Apex, including triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing
- Lead the development of custom UI solutions in Lightning Experience, with a strong focus on usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs, specifications, and scalable solutions
Integrations & Platform Architecture
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform architecture, security standards, and best practices
- Enforce adherence to Salesforce governor limits, data security, and performance optimization standards
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers through code reviews, design guidance, and best‑practice coaching
- Collaborate closely with architects, administrators, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Drive solution optimization, refactoring, and performance tuning for long‑term sustainability
DevOps, Deployment & Support
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tools
- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term corrective solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and ensure strong test coverage
Required Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
- Expert‑level proficiency in:
- Apex (advanced triggers, async processing, framework design)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL and complex data modeling
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including:
- Security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules)
- Governor limits and performance optimization
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Service Cloud (customization and extensibility)
- Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise‑scale integrations
- Proficiency with Git‑based version control and Salesforce deployment strategies
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong JavaScript expertise beyond Salesforce fundamentals
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Salesforce certifications, such as:
- Platform Developer I or II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Integration Architecture Designer or System Architect (preferred)
- Exposure to multi‑org or large‑scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
