We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team and lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise customer service platforms.
In this role, you’ll act as a hands-on technical leader, driving architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality Salesforce applications that support critical business operations across global teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver Salesforce platform enhancements and enterprise application features
- Drive Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos
- Architect and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using MuleSoft / Anypoint
- Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure secure, reliable releases
- Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers while fostering a collaborative engineering culture
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and platform governance standards
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components / LWC
- Experience with Salesforce API integrations
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and technical leadership
- Experience in CI/CD, code reviews, and release management
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and scalable architecture
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform
- Exposure to Copado, GitHub, SonarQube, FOSSA
- Familiarity with GCP (Cloud Build / Cloud Run)
- Experience with Salesforce Extended Ecosystem and platform administration
- Salesforce / MuleSoft certifications are a plus
- Experience in Financial Services is highly desirable
Experience Required
- 10+ years in IT
- 8+ years in software development
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in enterprise environments
