About Position
We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Service Cloud QA with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce functionalities, integrations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What You'll Do
- Execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce features.
- Validate Service Cloud components such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console.
- Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems.
- Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Support Salesforce release management and perform deployment validations.
- Work with automation tools (Provar, Selenium) for test automation (basic exposure preferred).
Expertise You'll Bring
- 5-8 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in Salesforce testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.
- Experience in manual testing and basic exposure to automation tools.
- Basic working experience with AccelQ.
- Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Exposure to Lightning Experience testing is nice to have.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is nice to have.
