Senior Salesforce Lead (B2B Commerce)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Must have experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects, ensuring smooth transition and optimization of functionalities.
- Must have experience in Salesforce B2B projects with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Experience and Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and userguides, to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Salesforce B2B projects with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Experience and Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (formerly CloudCraze), including storefront customization, integrations, catalog management, and order management, is highly preferred.
- Good to have cloudcraze knowledge
- Proven experience as a Salesforce developer and Architect, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Additionally, knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address challenges and optimize solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cloudcraze knowledge is good to have
- Certifications: Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications are highly desirable and demonstrate proficiency and expertise in Salesforce development.
