Job Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce FSC Consultant with experience in Banking or Insurance. The role involves designing and building Salesforce FSC solutions, creating reusable accelerators, and supporting client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Salesforce FSC solutions
- Build quick-start solutions (data models, flows, automation)
- Support use cases for bankers, agents, and advisors
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Assist in project scoping and solution design
- Conduct demos and support client discussions
- Work with Salesforce Flows and security features
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Banking or Insurance projects
- Good knowledge of FSC data model (Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Relationships)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows
- Experience in implementation or consulting roles
- Strong communication skills
Must Have
- Salesforce FSC certification/accreditation
- Experience building demo solutions or accelerators
- Exposure to international (preferably North American) clients
Good to Have
- Experience with AI or automation (Agentforce)
- Background in Wealth or Asset Management
