Senior Salesforce Field Service Consultant
Location: Bengaluru, India
Employment Model: Teamd (Enabling employment for a growing Salesforce SI)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Consultant to join Teamd, enabling long-term employment with a fast-growing Salesforce Systems Integrator in New York.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership, architects, and delivery teams, helping enterprise and mid-market clients design and deliver scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce Field Service implementations
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable Field Service designs
- Drive design-led workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs with clients
- Configure and optimise:
- Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling
- Mobile Workforce & Field Service Mobile App
- Assets, Maintenance Plans, and Service Contracts
- Service Territories, Skills, and Optimization Rules
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and solution architects on delivery strategy
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor during active client engagements from discovery to go-live
- Support pre-sales and solution shaping where needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on delivery in Salesforce Field Service
- Proven experience delivering configuration-led solutions over heavy custom development
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce Service Cloud & Field Service architecture
- Scheduling & Optimization concepts
- Mobile workforce enablement
- Experience running client workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Ability to balance business, functional, and technical thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
- Salesforce certifications (Field Service, Service Cloud, or Architect track) are a strong plus
