About Position:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 48 years of Salesforce experience to design, build, and enhance customer and partner-facing digital experiences. The role involves hands-on development and configuration across Experience Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and technical teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and intuitive Salesforce solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce Experience Cloud sites (Customer, Partner, or Employee portals)
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features to support case management, self-service, and knowledge experiences
- Build and customize Experience Cloud components using standard configuration, Flows, and platform tools
- Develop automation using Salesforce Flows and support custom actions through Apex where required
- Work with Agentforce components including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and grounding techniques
- Contribute to Data Cloud–based use cases, including data retrieval, knowledge grounding, and AI-enabled experiences
- Integrate Experience Cloud with backend systems and Salesforce clouds using standard integration patterns
- Support requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment in Agile/Scrum teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal user experience, security, and performance
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and best-practice adoption
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, and platform customization
- Working knowledge of Agentforce concepts including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Data Cloud Retrievers
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, knowledge base structuring, and AI grounding concepts
- Ability to build custom functionality using Apex and/or Salesforce Flows
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Salesforce data integrations is a plus
