About The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. He will be responsible for building scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to deepen their Salesforce expertise and contribute to impactful digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Build and configure custom objects, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform data migration and manipulation using tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in QA/UAT cycles to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements.
Design and implement AI-powered features within Salesforce (e.g., Einstein AI, predictive insights, or generative AI use cases) to enhance business processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or ANT Migration Tool.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Excellent AI first resource.
Good understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, AI Cloud, or GenAI features) and ability to integrate AI-driven functionalities into Salesforce solutions.
Nice To Have
- Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or prior experience working with government/public sector clients.
- Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
