• System design: translate business and GTM roadmaps into scalable technical designs, governing
REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with 5 external enterprise platforms.
3. DevOps & Release Management

Gearset, or Git-based source control tools.
4. Salesforce Native AI (Agentforce)
• Agent engineering: design, build, and deploy autonomous Salesforce Agentforce agents to automate
CRM-facing commercial workflows, onboarding tasks, and support queues.
5. Einstein Prompt Engineering
• Agent configuration: configure agent topics, actions, and guardrails within Agentforce using Einstein
Prompt Builder to ensure secure, grounded, and accurate CRM data grounding.
6. Apex-Agent Integration
• Custom actions: integrate Agentforce agents directly with core standard and custom Salesforce objects via custom Apex actions, enabling agents to run bulkification-safe workflow triggers.
7. Automation Consolidation
• Legacy migration: decommission legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders, migrating core logic into a unified, bulkification-safe Salesforce Flow architecture.

architecture mentorship.
• Career advancement through certifications, mentorship, and structured learning programs.

Apex, Agentforce, and Flow that turns a 7-org merger into one clean system, we want to hear from you.
