About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong core Salesforce fundamentals and hands-on development expertise. This role requires deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and scalable solution design—not just feature-level knowledge.
You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura
Build and optimize Apex triggers, ensuring bulkification and performance best practices
Develop and manage asynchronous processes (Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods, Scheduled jobs)
Architect and maintain Salesforce data model and relationships
Implement and enforce Salesforce security & sharing model (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets)
Design and develop Flows and automation with proper governance and scalability
Build and consume integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external services
Develop and expose Apex Web Services and APIs
Ensure adherence to governor limits and platform constraints
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit testing
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management
Mentor junior developers and drive best practices across the team
