Overview
We are hiring a Salesforce Developer with strong multi-cloud experience and exposure to AI/agentic development. The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating intelligent automation, and owning delivery through structured ticket-based workflows in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Work across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Build and integrate AI-driven / agentic workflows and automation.
- Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Own end-to-end ticket lifecycle (JIRA or similar), including updates and delivery timelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Must-Have Skills
- 4–8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Lightning Framework.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development / automation / agentic systems.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and ticketing systems.
- Strong ownership of tasks and delivery timelines.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
- Experience with Data Cloud, CPQ, or Industry Clouds
- Exposure to AI tools, LLM integrations, or prompt engineering
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, GitHub, etc.)
- Domain experience in Financial Services / Mortgage
