🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Salesforce Engineer
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the architecture and scalability of our CRM, Service, and Loyalty ecosystems—while unlocking the power of AI-driven workflows and seamless customer engagement.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty Management
- Design and manage unified customer profiles using Data Cloud (Data360)
- Architect AI-powered workflows leveraging Agentforce (agents, orchestration, automation)
- Drive integrations with Marketing Cloud (Journeys, APIs) and WhatsApp-based customer journeys
- Build scalable backend solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Establish event-driven architecture (Platform Events / APIs)
- Enable real-time data synchronization across CRM ↔️ Marketing Cloud ↔️ WhatsApp
- Ensure security, scalability, and Salesforce best practices
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong expertise in Agentforce, Marketing Cloud integrations, and Data Cloud (Data360)
- Proven ability to design scalable and high-performance solutions
- Experience with AI-driven automation and customer engagement platforms

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, code, test, and implement Salesforce applications to deliver customized business solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and performing detailed analysis and troubleshooting. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with system integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms
- Expertise in database development, including SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and security settings
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Advanced Administrator are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
