Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in designing and delivering personalized, data-driven customer journeys. The ideal candidate will leverage SFMC tools like AMPscript, SQL, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio to execute multi-channel campaigns, integrate platforms, and drive measurable marketing ROI for global clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including retargeting and audience segmentation
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with social media and advertising platforms
- Proven ability to design and deliver personalized customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and present campaign ROI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working directly with global clients in a consulting or delivery role
