Job Description:
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Depth: * Expert-level command of Apex, LWC, Integration (REST API) and Visualforce.
- Strong grip on the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing rules.
- Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying.
- Tooling: Daily proficiency with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Developer Console.
- Certifications: * Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred).
- Salesforce AI Associate/Specialist (Preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Core Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Platform Configuration: Masterfully configure Salesforce objects, fields, and complex automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and legacy Process Builder/Workflows.
- System Integration: Build and maintain seamless connections between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs to ensure data integrity across the stack.
- Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience implementing DevOps best practices and version control workflows specifically using BitBucket.
- Familiarity with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Familiarity with Nintex Document Generation.
- Experience with Salesforce Digital Experiences (formerly Communities)
- Hands-on experience with Heroku or secondary languages like JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- A background in Agile methodologies and experience collaborating within a global, distributed team.
