Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. Tasks include customizing Salesforce applications, developing Apex and Visualforce code, implementing integrations with third-party systems, and ensuring the platform’s optimal performance. Collaboration with teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and process automation
- Strong skills in system integrations using REST, SOAP, and related tools
- Hands-on expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring the performance of Salesforce applications
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and enterprise-scale implementations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills
- Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Certification in PD1 and Pd2 is a must
