📍 Location: Baner, Pune, India (5 Days Onsite)

🔎 Job Summary
We at Futran Solutions are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Resource to lead and manage a team of frontend Salesforce developers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Angular-based frontend applications, and API development using APEX. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end solution delivery. Immediate joiners are preferred.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage a team of Salesforce frontend developers across multiple projects.
-Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Components, and Angular.
-Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs using APEX and external systems.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
-Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management activities.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform technologies including:
- APEX
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Salesforce APIs & Integrations
Hands-on experience in Angular frontend development.
Strong experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and best practices.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
