🚀 Salesforce Senior Developer – Service Cloud
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
🧑💼 Experience: 7–10 Years
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Required Skills:
- Salesforce Service Cloud (Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI)
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components
- SOQL / SOSL queries
- Salesforce APIs: REST, SOAP, Metadata API
- Salesforce Configuration: Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Permissions
- Integrations with external systems & deployment tools (Copado preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
📌 Role Highlights:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud
- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs and Platform Events
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and security compliance
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and other teams
- Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues
🎯 Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Administrator
