The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who has actually built serious things — not just configured flows.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has built or contributed to AppExchange packages
- Understands how Salesforce really works under the hood
- Can integrate systems (not just write Apex)
- Wants to work on AI + CRM + enterprise workflows
You’ll play a key role in building EDMO’s next-generation Salesforce-native products.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Own or contribute to AppExchange managed package development (packaging, versioning, security review)
- Implement Agentforce-based workflows and intelligent automation
- Architect integrations using MuleSoft, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Ensure strong security, governance, and performance
- Collaborate with product + AI teams to build real-world use cases
- Mentor developers and enforce high engineering standards
- Drive CI/CD, Git workflows, and release processes
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on experience with Apex + LWC + SOQL
- Experience building or contributing to AppExchange packages
- Experience with Salesforce security model (CRUD/FLS, sharing rules)
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (APIs / MuleSoft / middleware)
- Experience working with Git + CI/CD pipelines
Strong Plus
- Experience with Agentforce / AI workflows inside Salesforce
- MuleSoft experience (Anypoint Platform)
- Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2)
- Exposure to SaaS products or ISV environments
- Experience working with US clients / distributed teams
