Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer, based in Mumbai, India. The Senior Salesforce Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions. Primary responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, integrating Salesforce with external systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical expertise during project planning and implementation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce Administration, such as workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs for Salesforce
- Proficiency in advanced programming and scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Experience with Agile development and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Admin are highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
