Job Title: Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, LWC UI development, and Apex, with exposure to end-to-end Salesforce Commerce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly B2B Commerce for Lightning) solutions.
Build and customize Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites for B2B customers, partners, and internal users.
Develop responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for UI customization and enhanced user experience.
Write efficient and scalable Apex code (classes, triggers, batch jobs, controllers, test classes).
Customize Salesforce features including objects, flows, validation rules, process automation, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, deployment, and post-release support.
Ensure best practices are followed for performance, security, scalability, and Salesforce governor limits.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce
Proven experience with Experience Cloud implementations
Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) UI development
Solid Apex coding skills (classes, triggers, controllers, test coverage)
Candidates with strong B2B Commerce implementation experience are expected to naturally possess most of the above skills through real-world development exposure.
Good to Have
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Exposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Copado, etc.)
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, B2B Commerce preferred)
Desired Profile
Hands-on developer with experience in end-to-end Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and in agile delivery teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
