Are you an experienced Salesforce professional with expertise in AI-powered solutions? Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Salesforce Agentforce (Agentic AI) Developer to lead the design and development of intelligent AI agents and enterprise-grade automation solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and the Salesforce Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Design and configure Agentforce topics, actions, skills, and AI workflows.
- Build advanced conversational AI experiences using Prompt Builder and Einstein AI.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Cloud, and external REST APIs.
- Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, and reusable Lightning Web Components.
- Optimize AI prompts, improve agent performance, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Ensure secure and compliant AI implementations using the Salesforce AI Trust Layer.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce and enterprise AI implementations.
- Expertise in Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and REST APIs.
- Deep understanding of AI automation, prompt engineering, RAG, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
- Salesforce AI Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Agentforce implementations.
