The ideal candidate will own platform administration, CPQ configuration, automation, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Salesforce environments with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ. Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ including Products, Price Books, Pricing Rules, Product Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates, and Advanced CPQ features. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and implement advanced automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow, and Approval Processes. Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and security model. Maintain data quality through data validation, imports, exports, and deduplication. Support CPQ-related integrations with downstream systems (Billing, ERP, Finance). Manage sandbox strategy, change sets, deployments, and release management. Monitor system performance and proactively optimize configurations. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to improve quoting and sales processes. Mentor junior admins and serve as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce CPQ.
