Senior Sales Telecaller – Healthcare Admissions & Lead ConversionJob Description
Aaryuvedam is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Telecaller to handle and convert Meta/Facebook advertisement enquiries into patient admissions and hospitalization.
This is a sales-focused role where the complete patient journey is managed through calls and WhatsApp communication. The candidate will be responsible for converting interested leads into consultations, insurance approvals, and final hospitalization admissions.
We are looking for someone with strong communication, convincing, follow-up, and sales closing skills who can confidently handle healthcare leads and achieve conversion targets.
Candidates from healthcare, wellness, spa, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, IVF, cosmetic, or patient counselling backgrounds will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming Meta/Facebook advertisement leads for Ayurveda and Panchakarma treatments.
- Convert enquiries into consultations, treatment plans, and hospitalization admissions.
- Follow up regularly with interested and inactive leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients throughout the treatment journey.
- Explain treatment processes, insurance eligibility, hospitalization, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, insurance team, and admission desk for smooth patient conversion.
- Handle patient objections and confidently close admissions.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and lead status updates.
- Achieve monthly conversion and admission targets.
- Ensure high-quality patient communication and professional sales approach.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecalling, healthcare sales, patient counselling, admissions, or lead conversion.
- Strong sales mindset with target-oriented approach.
- Excellent Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle long follow-up cycles and mature hesitant leads.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp communication, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
- Strong ability to build trust and convert leads over calls.
- Experience in handling high-volume enquiries and conversion funnels.
