Role Description The Senior Sales Representative will lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads and closing new business opportunities across Canada and other target markets. This full-time remote role involves managing the entire sales cycle, nurturing long-term client relationships, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities on the Kepsten platform. The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align client needs with platform capabilities and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Daily activities include pipeline management, accurate forecasting, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing feedback on market trends and customer requirements to inform product and business strategy. The Senior Sales Representative is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while representing Kepsten’s brand, values, and commitment to innovation.
Salary Range: INR 60-80k/month
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment, with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to track activities, maintain accurate data, and forecast performance.
- Knowledge of Canadian market dynamics; familiarity with U.S. or other international markets is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory business practices.
